Quality People Deliver Quality Assurance -

The capacity to deliver effective Quality Assurance requires the organisation’s employees are "quality people" who have a high level of both technical capability and people skills. As well as the obvious attention to detail, they should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, pragmatic problem-solving ability and resilience.
